New Beginning

How snugly!
Well, it is the beginning of a new week.  I am looking forward to it already.  I have 3 tests this week...which will be interesting as I try to take them.  The semester is getting busier already!

Looking at my notes from church today, I realized that I haven't been to the temple for over 3 months!  That's not good at all.  I would love to go, but I need to plot out my time better.  I can see some opening for Thursday afternoons and Saturday evening, but other than that, it'd be difficult.

One thing I felt I should do while going to the temple again is going through the endowment process and review the covenants and words said during each individual ordinance.

The point of interest in today's notes came from Moses 1 in the Pearl of Great Price.  It mentioned how Moses beheld God and saw Him face to face when His glory fell upon him.  Similar accounts of heavenly visions stated that the person knew not whether he was in the body or spirit when he beheld the things God had shown him.

Why is that important?  Well, when Moses saw Satan after seeing God, he noted that he was beholding the Fallen Angel in his natural state with the naked eyes.  Here's a lesson we can take from Moses's experience: if you are awake, chances are it's not from God.  Also, we great blessings seem to come with great trails.  Good luck comrades, you'll need it!

I'll let you all know how I survived next Saturday and Sunday.
