It must have been the weather...or the fact that there are times each of us needs some "me" time every now and then.
Even though I appreciate the fact that Cell Bio is no longer full 3 hours, I'm starting to having trouble staying focused in that class. It has nothing to do with the professor. The year-long-school syndrome is getting to me. The sad part is I have classes this Summer as well.
Anyways, Lyn and Kennedy invited me and several other guys around here to Great Harvest Co. It took off some steam on my already foul mood, but I wasn't very social or talkative the whole time. But enough of that! The take home message is that Great Harvest Co. has amazing bread! They can be pricy, though, especially if you buy a loaf of their bread.
So, I spent the rest of the evening listening to music...hours of it.
The guy selling the coupons are here again. Since the expiration date is longer this time, I wonder if I'll get to use them all in the Fall with my friends. I don't see myself going out partying this Summer.
Sigh...

Tired Much?
It was great to be able to have 8 hours of sleep for once. Due to Memorial Day weekend, I didn't have my early morning lab this morning. So, I woke up around 10am and went straight on campus to get some errands done.
After lunch, I headed into the labs to work. There was a lot of blood to deal with today! For some reason, our supplier shipped 3 samples worth over 120mL each... That equates to roughly 12 test tubes of work. Luckily, the whole process took me a little over 4 hours. I also had the time to passage cells while I'm doing the main stuff. Multitasking is getting easier as I practice.
A point of interest was the lab next door being flooded. All we heard was some rumbling in the ceilings and the next thing we knew, Dr. Erickson's lab was drenched.
I went for a run today...and since I'm feeling wussy-like, I only ran 2 miles. I'll have to work on that endurance again.
Had a phone call from a good friend. I can't believe David is having a baby!! Time is flying...
Institute again! For some reason, I'm having a hard time taking lessons on eternal families seriously.
Game night was fun! We played Settlers and then Tickets to Ride. I'm not too familiar with those games, but they were very entertaining. I somehow won Tickers to Ride via pure luck!
Life is pretty good!

The Next Best Thing
What's next best thing during school besides breaks? Getting out of class early. I am very glad that Dr. Evans got everything done an hour before the scheduled time.
The OIT disaster did affect many operations campus-wide. Yes, I know that some OIT guys have worked over 15 hours straight during a holiday, but the problem needs to be fixed.
I came to work tonight because I offered to cover for Scott. It was only possible because I don't have my morning lab tomorrow. The only thing I'll have to deal with is cord blood extractions.
I discovered something interesting tomorrow in regards to people and how small Provo is today. I'll leave that story something to be told orally if you so desire. It's one of those cues that tell you: get out of Provo...NOW!
Anyways, moving on with life.
In other news, the long waited RedKonnect is now online. I wonder if it'll be successful? It's a company started by BYU students, so I suppose it's legit. We'll see.

Memorial Day
Today is the day when we think about those who sacrificed for this country. They normally don't get any recognition the other 364 days of the year. In some way, it is somewhat depressing that our society cares more about what happens on celebrity gossips and fantasy sports than the people that matter.
Ironically, the problem of America seems to be that we don't care about ourselves, or what makes us us. Sounds like a get-your-head-outta-the-gutter talk? Sorta...and I'll get off my soap box now.
The truth is, there are those who care. Our media just underplay the people that do and the real everyday heroes around us.
Work was great today because I got extra pay. Extra $4 an hour is always nice regardless of the day being a tad slow in the mornings.
I did have the opportunity to have lunch with Sam, Jim, and Patricio. Wendy's never tasted so good, especially when I haven't been there for a while.
I spent most of my day watching random videos on YouTube...notwithstanding that there's probably a test or two next week. This Term is winding down real quick...
There are several errands that need to be done this week, so I'll have to get on that eventually.

Still Here
Polar bear? |
Cam left this afternoon as well. This leaves me the only person around until later Monday. Speaking of which, I work tomorrow and it's great because I get extra pay! I did get more hours for that day, so I think tomorrow will be decent.
Despite of the fact that I had 7 hours of sleep last night, I felt really tired. It was somewhat difficult to keep the clerical work going with Sam. Doesn't matter, though, we still got stuff done.
Tunnel Singing was all right. It was kinda cold! I hate the in between weather that Utah keeps having. At this rate, we will still have snow on top of the mountains in August like last year!
This week's goal? More rigorous workout is a must!

Not a Vladturday
A new venue to dump money on |
It's okay. Work has been very relaxing because things have been slow. What do you expect when most sports on campus are on off-season?
Since our baseball team isn't that much more impressive this year, it doesn't get the excitement that it should normally.
I got a haircut today and just listened to music during my free time between work shifts.
I actually wish that I had more hours this upcoming Monday because I would love the extra pay. Oh well, you just can't win them all.
I wrote a few letters to some of my friends who are on missions right now. They are coming back soon, so that won't be necessary soon.
Oh, the picture up there...I'm totally getting that at some point of my life. Stay tuned...

Just Another Friday
Yes, it's just another Friday.
I went to class, went to lab, and then chilled with Ammon for some time. We went to In N Out and later Office Max because there was a clearance sale. I picked up a new set of speakers for $15 and I'm happy to say that they work very well.
Since it's the long weekend, many people have left town and into their individual adventures. Me? I'm still around. Probably gonna do some homework and some more studies this weekend. There's another test coming up in a week and half and I'm not ready for it.
Keith was supposed to give me a haircut today, but I guess there was a slight miscommunication. He's with his relatives for the weekend. I suppose I will go to Craig's Cut tomorrow or something.
Like many other people, I'm waiting for things to work out.

Smash It!
Today went fairly well, besides the slight oversight on one of the PDBio360 take home quizzes. It's okay, my grade is still okay.
I'm glad I actually went to class today despite of the fact that it was optional. I couldn't imagine myself watching the podcast and understand what the heck was going on with all the different signal pathways.
Saw Stacey today! I haven't seen her and Kelli for a while, so that was a nice exchange.
I didn't go to the ward activity tonight. Instead, I spent time at Ammon's place. We played a couple rounds of Mario Kart Wii and later the original Super Smash Bros on N64. Ammon was good and his friend Sarah was pretty decent, too. It's not often you have girls super awesome at video games.
In the end, I thought I kicked some major butt.
We watched a movie called Sneakers with his roommates, etc. It's an interesting film that takes place in the 90's.
We later went for some midnight snack (it was more like dinner for Ammon, actually) and called it a night. I'm looking forward to move out of the Riv and move in with people I know this Fall. Speaking of which, I need to see if I could move in early because Summer Term ends on the 9th of August.

Good Day
Today was successful, if I do say so myself.
My early morning standoff with smart-alecs who did random crap was an interesting story.
My lab mates and I finished our lab early. I also winded up finishing up things in the research lab early. The amount of time I spent today with the different cord blood samples was almost an hour and a half faster than last time.
I also did well on my Cell Bio test!
Did something useful for once before Cam and I headed to Institute.
Institute was funny because we had a semi-sarcastic attitude towards tonight's lesson about eternal marriage. In fact, the line that set us off was a Spencer W. Kimball phrase that described the so-called "normal" person. It wasn't because we didn't agree with what he said, but the context Sister Young, the teacher, chose to quote it made it all hilarious.
I joined the last bit of game night at apartment 36 and talked to people. Joe and Ben are probably doing that every Wednesday night now.
Did my laundry and now getting ready for bed.
Good night world!

Powered Down
With motivation level on all time low, it's hard for me to focus on things that need to be done.
I'm glad Dave and I are doing well during the in-class part of Cell Bio, but I'm still not confident about the test I'm about to take tomorrow night.
I don't want to miss Institute tomorrow, but I may have to because of this test, especially when I have 3 different blood samples to deal with tomorrow. I hope I can do faster than 5 and half hours last time. Anything in the 4 zone might be good for me.
I really don't know how research lab is going to work out for me in the Fall, but hopefully, I'll have my own project to work on, so I don't have to deal with the lengthy culturing of stem cells.
Obviously, there were other things that happened today, but tests have been taking up most of my thoughts.

A Step Beyond
Well, today actually took longer than I expected and I didn't get to spend as much time working on my own stuff.
I worked and spent a couple of hours in the labs. It's unfortunate that we used a yellow protein with a green protein. Why do they manufacture them? Their wavelength overlap so much that the flow cytometer can't even tell the difference!
FHE was fine, but it went too quickly and took up too much time.
I spent the rest of my night trying to study for a test. No luck. I don't think I'm gonna do that great this test either...

Solar Eclipse
Naps...they are awesome! |
After today, I realized that I need to adjust my plans a little for the upcoming Summer. Luckily, everything is still within the right time frame.
The solar eclipse was amazing. I haven't seen one in years!
I didn't do much homework this weekend (sadly) and I have some tests coming up. I think I've just set myself up for failure. Nah, I won't fail. I probably won't get an A on the test. Then again, I still have 2.5 days to deal with it.
Tunnel singing was good as usual.
Well, we'll see how things play out in the next couple of months.

Over My Head
Ever had a bunny coming at a mailman? |
Once again, I received a notice to renew my contract here at the Riv. I won't do it!
The high school track competition isn't as loud and obnoxious as the last one a few weeks back, but we can still hear the noise and the apparent excitement that went on there.
According to Lyn, there are some not-so-nice people there. Utah is retarded with its "Holy Wars". It's somewhat of the most pathetic and over-exaggerated hostility of all time. People getting hyped up about it when there's not even a rivalry game going on are utterly ridiculous.
Cam and I spent some time doing some grocery shopping this afternoon and he picked out some new tablecloth for our make-shift table. Found some new shopping options, so we'll see how that keep up.
Work...well, let's not start with that. I've been having a headache the whole day. I'm gonna hit the sack as soon as possible.

Fun Friday
Well, I had a fulfilling day. I went to lab class and practiced cell passage technique under Dr. Berges.
Then, I had lunch with Lance at Golden Corral and caught up some while we were at it. It's strange how fast time went by.
Last night, Sarah popped by because Katie somehow hurt herself throwing someone over the shoulder. I guess my crutches are on lease again. People need to stop getting injured over silly things.
Cam and I started cleaning our apartment. It's not completely clean yet, but we'll get it done before the check time tomorrow.
We later went to Kennedy's pizza day party. It was great fun. I'm glad I went and had a few pieces of the finished product. Of course, I didn't stay there the whole time since I had other engagements to attend. Overall, I thought it was a great night. There were several other things happening at the same time...well, I guess you just can't attend them all.
The term is flying by...I am not looking forward to Summer Term actually. Considering it ends on August 9th, I think I get 2 weeks to relax about before Fall comes around. Sounds like a plan. :)

Burning Soul
Class was great today because Dave and I nailed every question. Bought some scrubs...
I actually ran today! Only for 2.5 miles, though. I'll have to rebuild my endurance again. I'm still waiting for Jim to bust out the killer ab work outs some time in the next week. Stay tuned.
I was somewhat disappointed that it didn't rain today. But, I was at work anyways.
I didn't go to the ward game night since I was tired. Instead, I took an hour nap between 8 and 9.
I spent some time talking to Ash, Kennedy, and Lyn. Let's see what Cam and I can contribute to the party tomorrow. I also tried those awesome cookies by Sarah frozen. They were heavenly...
Ward peeps, prepare for exciting news! :v

Mystic Eyes
I think I saw some today. People's eyes can be enchanting at times. This is especially true when they sparkle.
Lab was easy today. It was good to see Jordan still up and about despite of the neck brace. I know people get competitive in sports, but overdoing it can't be good for your health, especially when you break your C6 during ultimate frisbee.
There was only one cord blood sample for me to deal with today. Still took me 3 hours to get things done...
Institute was fine. I was out of it today, so I tuned out many things. Apologies to those who felt like I was having problems, etc. That's just what happens when I'm mentally fatigued and just tuning out people around me.
Cam and I discussed about some exercise routines and I'm waiting for Jim to start some killer ab work out soon. I personally don't like my body image and I hope I can tune it to a better shape. I might start running tomorrow.
Classes are still tough and many things needed to be done since there are tests next week...again.
Had some awesome cookies tonight over at apartment 22. Sarah shared this awesome recipe for cookies that renewed my faith in dessert! I spent the rest of my night over and had some decent conversations with Kennedy, Ash, and Sarah.
Hmm...wonder what I'm forgetting?

Stagnation
I have zero motivation to do anything today, so I wasted hours roaming around, getting nothing done. I thought I could have the drive to do school in Spring and Summer, but the truth is...I don't.
I think I'm burning out. Maybe it's just me.
So glad that the cleaning check is on Saturday morning instead of tomorrow morning. I was a little worried there. I can't believe I had the wrong date in mind.
In other news, I need something to completely distract me from the low level of productivity I've been having. Need some sort of desire...like POWER. Or something like that...

Burn to Cinders!
Sometimes, I just feel like I want to set the world on fire because I'm starting to get tired of the things I need to do. I think school is getting to me. Going to school all-year round really isn't healthy for you, but I'm doing it anyways because I need to if I ever want to graduate.
I learned how to passage cells from Dr. Berges today. That was interesting! It's probably gonna be annoying the more I do it, but it's a good technique to learn and put on my resume.
I saw a program at work today and that further solidified my desire to be a "buff and fighting grandpa" when I get old. Interestingly, the acrobatics instructor, who was Asian and 72, did not look old at all. He still had a full head of hair and they were dark! That's totally me in 50 years. It's okay, I know what to do if I start balding (see picture below).
A series of events that happened to me today made me wonder about my life once again. I remember Ariel quoted me once (which is funny because I don't know why people quote me sometimes). I said that I'm not the man I want to be, but I not the man I used to be.
Funnily enough, when I watched the episode of Doc at work today, the same message came up. I've been self-imposing some sort of progress for my life for some time. It becomes discouraging as I can't achieve them on time. I shouldn't be worried; however, I do. I just don't feel that I measure up sometimes.
FHE was somewhat entertaining. It's the first time I've done some sidewalk chalk and finger painting in a long time. I'm glad Hanna was able to come up with that idea. Too bad not everyone in the group was there.
I did some rounds to people's places tonight. I think I'm just sick of homework. Since I can't actually flip the island desk, talking to people seemed like the next best thing.
Things in life continue to make me question about my abilities in handling things.

Mother's Day!
Snuggle snuggle! |
My mother has kept me sane in some aspects and totally drives me insane in other departments. I think I'm old enough to realize that she is not perfect, and it's just less frustrating to focus on the negative aspect of a person. I appreciate the things she has done for me in the past decade or so and I hope to be of help years down the road.
Church was at the State Hospital today. It was somewhat of a short notice because Bishop Hart forgot to announce it last week. There were some unfortunate members in the ward that totally missed the memo and winded up finding nobody at the Tanner Building.
I finally got a calling! Well, funnily enough, it's something I told Cam I couldn't do due to my work schedule. However, I was able to fix my Sunday schedule and accepted the calling. It's quite ironic that the one I said I might not be able to do ends up being the calling I receive. All of you will find out next Sunday.
Had a big dinner tonight I made for myself. It was yummy in my tummy.
I was one of the persons being "interviewed" at ward prayer tonight. For those of you who missed it, there may be other showings in the future...distant future.
Tunnel singing had a good turn out from our ward. Best of all, it was not cold like it was last time. Thank goodness!!
Meanwhile, back to more homework and lab stuff...
Slight Variation
Something about ducks |
Worked in the morning and worked at night. I like my coworkers. We always have some interesting conversations. We had lots of pizza tonight and that totally covered my lack of protein today during my meals.
With Sunday coming up, I wonder if I'll actually receive a calling? Whatever, I guess we'll find out eventually.
The good thing about tomorrow's set up? I don't have to get to work right away after church. I actually will have time in between to eat lunch and whatnot.
Homework is still piled high and hopefully I can get the load down a bit...somehow.

Last Friday Night
Well then, with all the tests done for the week, I get to get another start on homework. The MMBio241 test was fairly simple. I felt pretty confident about it.
Mentored research is getting intense. I think I'm beginning to understand more in depth of the stuff I've learned in class before. I was invited to watch a movie by a fellow classmate named Krysta near the end of my rotation in the lab.
The pool party was pretty nice. I didn't jump into the pool because I didn't have swim trunks on, but I enjoyed the conversations I had with people. The food was nice even though I had to bring the ingredients myself.
The movie night was great. At Krysta's place, I got to see some of my other classmates that I never really had the opportunity to get to know last semester. The gathering turned out to be a great success. We watched Sister Act, which funnily enough, most of the people there had never seen it!
I came back afterwards. Did some roaming around and then chatted with my uncle over Skype. It's gonna be another busy weekend.
Just for the record, I did not jump on table tops and all those other nonsense.
Mentored research is getting intense. I think I'm beginning to understand more in depth of the stuff I've learned in class before. I was invited to watch a movie by a fellow classmate named Krysta near the end of my rotation in the lab.

Zoned Out
Totally zoned out today and forgot to turn in my quiz for PDBio360 this morning. This is what happens when you don't write things down and you wonder why you set your alarm clock to the time it was in the first place. It's okay...I'm allowed to drop 2 quiz grades, so I'm good.
Got the test back from that class. I didn't do as well as I would have liked, but no matter. I get to drop one of them.
The rest of the day was filled with working out and play ultimate frisbee with some people in the ward. The latter part of the night was primarily playing Monopoly Deal with some friends and talking about our mission experiences since most of us have served missions. Of course, we are not that vain. We talked about other stuff, too!
Got another test tomorrow and I can hopefully relax for the weekend. I like my life right now. :)

12-hour Rush
I was on campus for over 12 hours today! It's the longest in a while. I was in lab from 8am to almost 6pm and then took a Cell Bio test till 8pm. I didn't do as well as I thought I did, but we'll see how the class did as a whole.
Most of the time I spent in lab was extracting stem cells from cord blood samples. There were 3 different blood samples and ultimately took a while to get things done, but at least I know the gist of it now. With more practice and understanding, I think I can make the process more efficient.
Ash and I fed and played with a kitty in the parking lot. She doesn't seem to trust people too much. At least she got fed, though.
I did visit a few people here and there, but since I started my night late, I didn't get much done.

A Random Story
Well, I had the opportunity to check with President Lindsay this morning and I felt like there's not much a masters in public health could offer me, for now anyways. The visit was not completely pointless, though. It must be tough to be a stake president because you don't get to know people very well.
Class was interesting. Looks like my group still has a little bit more to go before we get perfect score on every question the first try. Cell Bio is apparently a lot harder than I thought it was.
I had the opportunity to visit apartment 22 tonight. There, I learned an interesting story from Lyn's friend, Sarah. Who knew the world could be so small? At any rate, I'm still skeptical, but whatever. Also, Ashtyn started a new blog. I have no idea what the URL is, so stay tuned.
I have a test tomorrow and a quiz due the day after...I hope I get everything done before due time. I'm somewhat sick of the packed schedule I have despite of not doing anything apparently...
I need to plan better that's for sure.
In other news, apartment 27 now has occupants. Make sure you say hi to Tucker and Bracken if you see them around!

Looks Can Be Deceiving
Headed into work today. There are actually some good shows on BYUTV in the mornings like Wind At My Back (don't judge) and Doc. In addition, the company of good coworkers like Shannon always help the atmosphere. My boss George has had a lot of trails in his life and kudos to him for keeping a cool head under those circumstances. I certainly hope that things will be so much better for him in the future.
I didn't actually do anything in the lab today, but I had the opportunity to learn about a few things such as how to properly store cell cultures. Bet most of you thought you just chuck them into the freezer or liquid nitrogen, but alas, it's more complicated than that.
The Cell Bio quiz totally kicked my butt this afternoon. It appears that I actually don't quite understand how membrane potential actually work. No matter, I'm glad I have mates like Dave to clear things up for me before I make dumb mistakes.
FHE was pretty good. I was glad that people conversed readily. There are a good number of returned sister missionaries in the ward this time around. That should be exciting, especially when half of them are in my FHE group! By the way, my FHE parents are Hannalyn and Zac
Made Cam some soup because he felt slightly unwell. I guess it's probably because of the chills he got from Tunnel Singing on Sunday. I'm sure he'll be all right. He does have at least 3 older "sisters" and then some to watch over him now.
I'll have to go see President Lindsay tomorrow morning. I hope I can get things done and more studying before the test I'll have to take on Wednesday night... Oh dear is right. I may have to skip Institute...

Resume
Do you see the ferret? Of course you do! lol |
No matter, I can handle anything they toss at me. Callings are meant to be doable. I wonder what it is, that's all.
There were food at work today, that was way nice. I haven't had that happening for some time. Since I ate at work, I didn't take much at break the fast. I took some dessert items and drinks and later Lyn gave me a bag of Doritos.
Found out who my FHE family was and I am really excited about it because I'll get to know new people along with familiar faces. I also did some visiting today and I ended up getting to know the girls at apartment 9: Laura & Laura. I'm not even kidding!
Went to game night at 34 and played Scum with Tanner, Josh, Melissa, Amanda, and Blake. Then Melissa, Amanda, and I went and met up with Sam, Anna, and Cam at Tunnel Singing. I haven't done it since last Spring and Summer! I am technically a less-active singer.
Anyways, I still got much to do tomorrow starting with work at 9am. Hopefully, everything will go smoothly because I still have some studying to do before 6pm on Wed. Oh boy...

All That Light Is Not Warmth
Huh... |
There was some high school track and field championship going on today. Come to think of it, it happens around this time every year. At the same time, there was a baseball game. Unfortunately, BYU did not win. I didn't think baseball was one our fortes. Nevertheless, they did improve their game against #19 San Diego University compared to their game against them earlier this week.
So, speaking of how much time I wasted on watching pointless YouTube videos. I found a Super Mario 64 mod called Kaizo Mario 64. In essence, it's a much harder version of the game and it's been entertaining me for hours.
Apparently, there's a CES Fireside tomorrow in conjunction with break the fast. I don't think I'll make it to break the fast due to work. I begin to wonder about that 2-4pm shift on Sundays now...Luckily, Spring Term shifts only last until mid June.
Well, we'll see what life has in store for me in the next few weeks.

Tests?
The downside of Spring and Summer Term is the relative quickness of impending tests.
Well, makes me don't want to take any classes the next Spring and Summer. I think I'll have some other plans to kill time soon.
Honestly, I can't remember much worth mentioning today. Wow...life is hitting a slow bump.
If you really want to read about my day, I went to class today only to find out that our experiment failed because one of the lab mates did his part wrong and none of us was there to catch it. I spent part of my afternoon in Dr. Berges's Lab and had a discussion with him.
There are a few good news pertaining to my personal life, but I won't describe them in details here. I'll let you all know when it all works out.
Meanwhile, it's gonna be fast Sunday. I'll make something. ;)

Refreshed
Being able to have 8 hours of sleep for one night totally rejuvenated me. I was able to think better in class, etc. I also got to visit the famed "jungle box" that exists somewhere in the Widtsoe Building.
Anyways, I wasted most of my days away by watching the different hacks of Super Mario World on YouTube. If anyone of you is a fan of the good old games, try search things like Wacky Mario World or Brutal Mario World and you'll see what I meant. It's hours of entertainment guaranteed.
I bumped into Camilla today. I haven't had a real conversation with her since 2011? It was a brief exchange and we updated each other's contact info.
Learning Suite has been a pain in the butt for many people. And one of the worst thing about it is taking quizzes and not knowing what is it that you got wrong. Hooray! 8/10...but WHY???? No matter, due to the stupidity of system, Dr. Ruppert is not even considering factoring quizzes into our grade for the Term. HA!
Our last roommate, Blake, finally moved in today. He's going to be a freshman at UVU this Fall. If any of you see him, greet him.
Since it's a Term...it's amazing how we are going to have tests next week. Ridiculous...

Step Backwards
Memo 05022012
Morning class: nailed it.
Lab: nothing happened because there was no cord blood delivery this week.
Cell Bio quiz: totally trounced it with group buddy Dave.
Bumped into JC on the way back from campus and he took me to Macey's for some grocery shopping. I bought some things for break the fast this Sunday. I fell into temptation and bought fried chicken! That's okay, they were yummy in my tummy. Didn't exercise as result.
Read a bunch of papers, etc. Not 100% sure of the details. All I know is tests next week.
Went to Institute with a bunch of people in the ward. Had the lesson and refreshments. Met a few people in the stake and walked home with them.
Heard Becca Allen got her mission call. She's going to the Indiana Indianapolis Mission and entering the MTC on August 1. Be sure to send her your warm regards!
Visited a few people in the ward and see what they were up to; mainly to catch up. Not sure if everyone liked it.
Watched Cam, Keith, and their friends dance. More homework. Noticed that I went over the 1000 mark on Facebook.

A Little Less Than Perfect
Getting your homework done at 2:30am with your first class at 1:00pm sounds like the perfect spot to be at. That is, until you heard an alarm going off at 5:30am telling you that you were supposed to cover for someone's shift this morning from 6 to noon. To add some icing on the cake, it was raining outside.
Work was definitely less than satisfying this morning because of the lack of sleep.
It was somewhat hard to focus in class due to the lack of sleep. Luckily, Dr. Evans was nice enough to end class early so I had time to take a nap. After a 3-hour nap and a decent dinner I made for myself, the night turned out to be okay.
Looks like I won't have to spend too much time at the lab tomorrow, but it'd be nice to learn something there if possible. I still have a lot of readings to do for research.
Took a few quizzes here and there. Now, I wanna be in bed by 11:30 latest for my 8am class.
Good night world!
